It seems to me there should be a better way. Or, Print with very poor quality, take more time but know that the information is there, but it might print so light you can't see it. I can't be the only one that really doesn't like the online knowledge basis answer of "Print with high quality, but missing information. Essential software Which is best Not sure whether to go for vector vs raster graphics Both are essential tools for digital designers and content creation professionals, but outside of art. Revit automatically uses raster processing for a view if any of the following are true: The view uses shading, shadows, gradients, or sketchy lines. If I can't make the piece of paper look good and print consistent, I don't know that I'd get a lot of repeat business. Revit automatically uses vector processing select raster processing only if the view. Vector processing typically produces much smaller print files than raster processing, and vector processing is usually faster than raster processing. ![]() Continue zooming until you are at a magnification greater than 400. At 100-150, it may be hard to tell the difference. Use the Magnifying Control to zoom in on a detailed section of the file. Use Acrobat, Acrobat Reader or just your browser. At the end of the day, I need to be able to produce paper for a client. Another way to tell the difference between vector and raster PDF is to open the file. While Vector seems to look a little better, it's still not great. I just discovered it was because, for a 1 off project, we had AutoCAD set to 'Plot transparency'. I just recently started having this issue, where bluebeamPDF plotter put out Raster instead of vector files. I thought it was just the prints, but no matter what you do they don't seem to come out as consistent as my old standard Autocad would. If your project requires scalable shapes and solid colors, vector is the best choice, but if your project requires complex color blends, raster is the preferred format. I just had a long email chain with Bluebeam support. Mijn voorkeur komt voor uit het volgende: PDF-bestanden worden sneller geopend bij 'zware tekeningen', ander. (T/F), The 'Center of Rotation' you select for the Rotate and Scale commands is not important. Bij voorkeur gebruik in Raster Processing voor aanmaken van PDF-bestanden vanuit Revit. So after printing many sheets, reading many threads and installing, 3 new different pdf writers (I've tried PDF995, PDFX-change, CutePDF & Adobe Acrobat), and they all look bad.
